dizziness

Have been feeling dizzy for the last few days. Seems to come on strong at night. Have a little upset stomach at times. Am 45 year old male, have never had this problem before. have a great deal of stress and anxiety lately.Blood pressure normal. have been HIV for the last 18 years but have always been undetected viral load and high T-Cell count. have been getting blood work done every 3 months and always fine. Am going on a long trip that may be making me nervous. Could this be why I'm dizzy Your help would be appreciated..........I am not taking any new meds ,but have lower back pain and do take hydrocodone. about 1 a day

There can be many causes of your dizziness like anxiety, stress, low BP, low blood sugar, poor eyesight, dehydration, inner ear problems like meniere’s disease and benign paroyssmal positional vertigo.
Certain medications can also cause dizziness. Are you taking any medications?

Hi, hydrocodone is associated with dizziness, please get the dose adjusted. Could you please specify the medicines you are on and since when?

Dizziness is associated with number of causes like anxiety, hypotension, hypoglycemia, inner ear disorder etc. Do you have some other symptoms too?
