I had acupunture yesterday
It seems to work??? feeling better today??? I guess the question marks are for your input too. Has anyone had a good or bad experience with acupunture?
It's great I swear by it, ixed my neck and when back goes out thats what I do. better then anything else I go to china town to a real old quy knows his points.
I had "acudetox" ( which means getting pinned at 5 specific points on your ears that are supposed to be tied to addiction) every day for the 4 months I was in rehab.
I have no idea if it helped one little bit. I feel sure that it didn't hurt. When it comes to Recovery, if it won't hurt and it might help, I do it.
