Another day -- Day 5

Question

Well, it's the morning of day 5 with no pain pills. I had to take half a xanax last night. I just was getting really agitated. Maybe I won't have to anymore. I also took half a melatonin to sleep. That worked pretty well, just crazy dreams and woke up a few times. Thank God for mornings -- everything seems so much more POSSIBLE in the mornings, at least to me. The nights are my lowest, and hardest time to face. Thank you all for your support. I wish I could talk to my family, but since I don't think I can now, this board is invaluable. Congrads on Day 5 , you are doing so good. I had weird dreams to and slept weird it will be over soon though.

Congrats on day 5...Every day will get a little easier...Just keep it up. I agree that the mornings hold such promise...and the nights, for me, are so lonely especially w/out my husband. Just keep those that love you the most, and hold them close...I have no one to talk to about my addiction and it is hard, so I thank god I have this forum or I dont know what I would do. If u need to talk...Im here...

xo...Keep up the good work....u can do it...And u will be so much more happier...Please, don't let everything go like I did...

Day 5 - I am so proud of you!  Nights are tough but then the morning comes and things do not seem as bad.  I know we both had it rough last night but we made it martiza!  The dreams are strange.  I dreamed last night that I was posting on this board and my writing was coming out as hot pink letters - what the heck was that dream supposed to be about??  My brain is just messin with me now! lol
