hepatic encephalopathy

Can you tell me what would be the initial line of treatment for someone approaching hepatic coma (2 days away) with acute jaundice, acute ascites of the abdomen, low blood pressure, tacacardic, deranged blood works and a past hiistory of alcohol abuse?
