Often, low back pain is caused — or aggravated — by inflexible muscles throughout the body. One of the most common culprits are tight hips as a result of sitting at a desk all day, though stiffness throughout the body can be a trigger (after all, the hip bone's connected to the leg bone, and so on). Here are five stretches to improve flexibility. Aim to do each exercise two to three times daily.
