Oxycontin

Do the people who abuse this drug realize what they are doing to those who really need it? Studies show that 99% of those who are taking this for pain do not abuse it. Because so many do, those of us that function in spite of illness may be denied what we need and do not abuse. Seems pretty selfish to me. Next time you think about crushing, snorting or injecting this drug, think about those who are truly in pain and whom you may be screwing.

during and after detox we can be really sensitive and emotional... i think that we live our emotions in a weird way... some of you might have experienced this right now.... you have been hurt by a comment... ok, lets face it, it doesn't matter what others might think but our beliefs and opinions because we are here to build up a better and healthier way of living for ourselves because we are also sick... focus on this, pls... don't let anything, any comment hurt you on your recovery.

the OP is also hurting and upset with a situation he is living and  this is what i chose to believe and i hope he will get the help he needs.

Hi,
You may want to start a new thread for yourself so we can help you.
Just go to the top of the page and hit Post a question.  If you're new, Welcome!  I assure you, the thread you've posted to is not what Medhelp is usually about.

Well wishes,

Sandy
