I once posted "Day 3 This *****"...

I'm getting there. No more Immodium or naps. Added protein shakes. Taking vitamins, Epsom salt baths, motrin.

Energy is evening out.. thinking more clearly, sleeping more sound.

If you handed me the key to the Lortab factory I would say "Not a chance!"

I may have a messed up life, but I'm not living messed up.

Now let's all go do some self-care and recover! Every day is a victory, win or lose, if being sober is the goal.
