Sleep is coming in 3 hour chunks an I dont sleep till 6 a.m everynite will my sleep get better its been 20 days since I went ct use wusnt heavy about a year
HI sleep is always difficult when you do this some find herbals like vlarain root or melatonen helpful others go with niquil or benadrill take 2 if you try the benadrill...sleep for me took
a wile but I broke out of a 16 1/2yr addiction so it was around 2 mo for me but it finely did get better now I get 6 to 7 hrs a night...I still long for the 8 to 10 hr of sleep but im no longer waiting on it ...I figure 6 to 7 is now normal for me...first it will come in 3 hr chunks then slowly get better from there...im with jstntime in that you take sleep any time you can get it for a wile you might just have to get by on cat naps...good luck and God bless......Gnarly
It also took me about a month before my sleep pattern was back to normal, but at two weeks, it did start to get better and I saw improvement daily. I used OTC sleep aids for a short while, they worked OK, but not the best. Sometimes a good hot bath will help, but I don't do that very often. Hang in there, it does get better. Congrats on your 14 days.

It took me 1 month before my sleeping was "tolerable" but it was another month or so before it was "normal".
Now I don't want to scare you because my use was for a long time and very large when I stopped.
You really have to just keep believing it will get better because it WILL.

my usage went up and down I passed 7 kidney stones would pass one start to tapper then get another and have to increase at worse i was using 400mgs a day at best I was down to 120mg a day when i jumped off I was at around 200mgs. my biggest problem is I would take a pill before going to sleep and now it seams impossible to get to sleep without that pill. I use to have great sleep patterns and really hope they return soon. I've learned my lesson with opiates and if I get another stone I'll take the pain no way will I ever go through this again.

You don't say how high your dose was but your time of use is short which is a positive. If you are 14 days into this, things should be starting to get better daily.
Take your sleep when you can get it. You should notice that your sleep will slowly get longer and longer as you heal. You can take melatonin which is all natural and available at any health supplement place. Many swear by it.
Just know it is temporary and it WILL return. Just think what your frist 2 days felt like and how far you have come!!!!!
Keep keeping, you WILL sleep again!!!!
