14 months/428 Days!
Missed last month. Appreciating good health, good spirits. Got some goals for this year re: training/getting in better shape. The world seems wide open for many things. Some friends and family are battling serious health issues and I feel lucky, like I need to not waste opportunities! 2-3 years ago were such a different story.
