18 days!!!!! :)

I am almost done with my 18th day! I feel ok (good sometimes) for the most part. I really want to feel great, it does get a little better everyday. I have been exercising 5-6 times a week, drinking tons of water and trying to keep myself busy as possible. But I am still having an issue with my energy levels and moods?? When will I "really" see a difference, I can't wait until I am back to my old self. I know everyone is different but if I could hear a little insight from some others when they felt a big difference I would greatly appreciate it:) And another thing, I am still constantly cold and still have the skin crawling thing every now and then....?

Yes...terribly.  And still do some days.  For the 1st few months I took Visteril from my dr which is non habit forming.  It really helped and now I don't have to take anything.   ANd for me...HOT baths!!!  Good Luck!

I read your post and wondering if you suffered from anxiety during the six months.  I am only on 11 days and are having pretty bad bouts with anxiety.

Congrats!!! You are doing great.  I just reached 6 months.  I am not trying to be a bummer but just honest.   It does and I promise it does get better.  But it does take some time.  The energy really does return to "normal" until about 2 months or so.  My biggest problem was muscle pain.  That seemed like forever to go away.   The mood swings get better with each day but somedays they still creep in.  Just stay strong...it will improve.  I am living proof.  I feel physically good every day now.  And it is worth it.  The weight about my addiction....the constant need....the constant worry about everything....it's all gone and life feels so much lighter and FREE!...
I wish you luck....write me anytime!!

18 days.....that is GREAT! I hope you are as proud of yourself as you should be cuz that's AMAZING! Unfortunately I can give you much info because I haven't attempted to do it yet. But wanted to say "congrats" cuz that's huge! From what I've heard, everyone says that every day it gets a little easier with SLEEP being the last to get back. But you just celebrate TODAY girl!!
