Just found this site, Scared to go cold turkey. I take 4 10-500 at a time, preferably 3 times a day. I want , need to stop. the pain is too great. if I go cold turkey, i won't  die, will I? when i have a few days with out,   it feels like i am. I already had 4 this morning, so I'll try c t tommorrow. i work 7 daYS a week, i can't work with out them. how am i going to do this. I been taking 2 years!! any more advice send it my way

Hi Matt, you can take up to 3000mg tylenol a day before it starts to ruin your liver. You can also take advil along with the tylenol if you need it. Its good to feel low when detoxing somewhat. You have to see what the drugs have made you become. A drug addict is a drug addict whether its crack, alchohal, oxy, vic or heroin. Hang in there and make new friends. Friends arent very good friends if they bring you down with them.

even if i don't have money to buy them, friends need me get them for them, and i end up getting some for free. darveset just make me feel normal. not good. i just keep them for when i don't have any of the good stuff

i would try something OTC the dareset is what got me last time, just suffer it out, its hard but millions have done it, you just dont wanna switch one drug for anouther and the derv do have something sim to opoit in it, i see that as bein risky. I did c/t and on day 4 was liviable, it does get better, you just cant break in the beginning

about 2 weeks ago, i went 2 days without, i had to pull over at a gas station, run behind and puke my guts out, it was all stomach bile, hadn'ent eaten anything, i feel so weak i can't even fold laundry. just common daily task kill me. i just gotta bite the bullet, suck it up, i have some darveset to try to ease the pain.

hey buddy you can do it. However, IT IS A FACT THAT YOU MUST BE READY because YOU ARE READY< NOT BECAUSE YOU CANT AFFORD THEM TODAY. look i am only on day four again after a relapse but you have to know that you can do this, so many before us have done it, and besides you just have to quite, you can not still be getting "high" u just taking now to feel norm.
  It is so not worth it, put all that energy you put into getting pills into getting clean and you will be good to go. Good luck, Lee

good luck man you can do it im 27 hours into it feel like **** but im doing it with alot of help from this siteas many peopke that you can talk to about it would be great i also have the same problem really scared to work but i have to not to buy pills but to pay my bills so we have someplase to sleep at night first step setting your mind to being ready to do this tell u , u can

If you are serious about doing this then you have to do what ever it takes. If you are only doing this because you cant afford it anymore then you are going to have problems. You have to want this really bad and you are going to have to make compromises to do it. If you are serious then you need to get yourself prepared and you will need to take time off work. It is to dangerous for you and the people you work with. You wont be able to concentrate on what you are doing and you will be very weak. Just tell them you have the flu and take the week off. Then you will need some after care like n/a to stay clean. You will be able to afford a week off with all the money you save from not buying pills. Also it is easier if you let someone no what you are doing so they can help you and so you have someone to talk to during the process.

i dont work i don;t getpaid,. I have to work. I buy pills. no money no way to taper, i've ran up the credit card, i don;t kknoow how but i will doit

Hi Matt, I was taking 3 at a time 3 times a day and also 120 oxy 3 times a day for 6 years. If you can manage to taper yourself down first it may make it easier. Maybe take 2 1/2 at a time for a while and keep tapering 1/2 pill at a time. You will feel a little withdrawal each time but not bad. You will also be able to work during this proccess. Dont taper again until your body is use to the first taper. You probably wont even notice it on your first taper. But if c/t is what you want to do you will difinately have to take time off work because trying to work during it is impossable. Atleast a week should do it. Good luck and listen to everyones advice and then make a decision. Being prepared for whats to come is a must.
