2 weeks and counting

So it's been 2 weeks without ANY hydros. I feel very confident this time around. I got some aftercare and have told people close to me. My bug question right now is today I feel really anxious for no reason. Not sure if this is normal or not. Anyone been down this road please let me know. I don't have many cravings only occasionally will the thought cross my mind. But I feel more positive than ever that I am done.

Yes it is amazing how when we let our bodies work for us it can do amazing things. I just started to get into yoga last week and it helps me out tremendously.

So pjTwenty hang in there you you will feel better it takes time & patience.

it's amazing this thing about breathing, quitin, isn't it ?

in yoga, one of the first things you learn is how to breath properly... pranayama is called and it means energy and restrain...how to control your energy... breathing with the abdomen, inhaling through the nose slowly and exhaling through the mouth slowly has a lot of good for our health... and it takes time doing it the usual way but whenever i had tried it when i was feeling anxiety it has helped me a lot , yes.

HI and congrads on 2 weeks clean your over the first hump now...as for the anxiety it was my worst symptom and took a wile to go away I still get it from time to time but its not like it was in the beginning where it felt like a ton of bricks laying on my chest and everything just seamed out of control....just give it some time ....you can pick up some homeopathic teas that are for releaving stress...they help relax you I found them to help at night I would take a nice hot soak in the tub...nights where the worst for me...just hang in there it takes the body and brain some time to adjust to not being feed narcotics you are doing great
good luck and God bless......Gnarly
