Music helps me alot with the anxiety. I literally keep my lg tone on me every minute of the day. Idk if ur a big fan of music but it really does work miracles in my opinion. Hang in there. It will get better.
Thank you for the tip, I've been trying to stay as busy as I can and not let the anxiety take over. I hope it will get better soon it's really a drag!! Some days are pretty good and some days are horrible.

if i could have thunderstorms everyday, anxiety would never be an issue. i can however; listen to cd's with storms and other nature sounds.
