21 Days Clean after 3 years of Suboxone...advice???

So at this point....

I am dealing with extreme exhaustion and physical weakness. I swear Suboxone gives you physical strength. When working out, I can lift less than 50% of what I did while on Suboxone. I am in the gym everyday, but I am so weak its pathetic. This part of the extended withdrawal is most frustrating.

Also, my stomach is still a mess 21 days later. I wake up every morning with a gut-wrenching stomachache. I am drinking pepto like its water. At this point my problem is just not eating and starting to lose weight.

My doc put me on gabapentin for anxiety/some wd pain and I take Klonopin occasionally.

I know a lot of people have been in my shoes. Any suggestions beyond what I am doing? Foods to eat..approaches you've taken, drugs you and your doctor have decided to use. I used to be on Vyvanse and am thinking asking to get back on it for a while at least...any input or supportive words are appreciated...I would love to hear a story about someone who got through it all...I never have.

Thanks

Thanks

Hi, welcome here :) .... along with good advices you have been given, read the health pages ( right side of the screen ) the amiino acid protocol and you can find also some info about what to eat... a healthy and a protein rich food is recommended ( the protein shakes are a good idea)..Good luck !

Congrats on your 21 days!!!

All I can say is... hang in there.  While 21 days is quite a feat, you are actually still in the wd and detox process!

I detoxed off sub CT from 3mgs somewhere around 180 days ago.  My physical wds lasted about 4 full weeks...  While at the 4 week mark I was feeling better, I was still running on low.  It took a good 2-2.5 months before I really felt like I was running at 100% again.

A sub detox is a long drawn out process, however with that said... once you are over that hump (Which you are) it is so worth it!  Just try to stay busy, keep working out, and you will feel good as new before you know it!

Just dont lose sight of that final goal that you have been working so hard towards!

HI....its going to take a wile to feel better coming of sub is a lot like coming off methadone
your sick for quit some time I came off methadone and that weakness and energy crash lasted for 3mo then it slowly went away...I think methadone is worst then sub but following all the sub storys on here it can be a wile to....one thing I found that helped me was whey protein shakes  its loaded with vitamin as well as essential amino acids along with the protein all of witch the brain needs to heal...you can pick up a 2lb can up at walmart for 15 bucks the chocolate flavor is good you just mix it with milk give that a try I recommend it to everyone that detoxes especially from methadone or sub....hang in there you will get back to normal give it at least a month but dont be surprised if it takes longer keep posting for support good luck and God bless.....Gnarly
