60 days today.

No bragging this time around :)
It has been a rough go this last time around. I am not getting any younger after all.
Anyway my energy is still low but I am trying to battle that with eating good and exercising and Matcha Tea ( my new obsession ).
But during the evening I still have moments when I just crash out. Can't stay up past 10:00 on most nights but at least I am sleeping (although sometimes it's restless).
Just about caught up in bills from digging myself in a huge hole again. But all in all even through the tiredness and all of that it's much better than being active in addiction. I have to remind myself oF that ALL OF THE TIME.

Always, always glad to see someone return.......making it back alive~
Kudos on your 60 days!  Glad you are doing it again!

You said you are eating better, sleeping better, have your financial affairs repaired somewhat..... but the million dollar question is what are you going to do this time to STAY clean?  Our mental processes and our spiritual bankruptcy need healing, too.  Hope you'll consider that this time around~

Good to see you back on track & Congrats on the 2 months!

Matcha tea is a great, it's got like 10 times the anti-oxidant strength of green tea & contains both blue-green & yellow-green chlorophyll. So, it's an excellent Oxygen carrier, deacidifier & detoxifier. (Also, b/c it's a powder, you're drinking the actual leaves as opposed to other teas which are infusions). Just wanted to second you on the use of this tea & let folks know why it's a good adjunct to detox. ;))

I remember at 60 days, i couldnt stay awake past 7.30pm lol.
So glad your drinking tea, this is a wonderful detox tool, so simple, yet so many people have no idea just how fantastic in recovery this is.
Great job, very happy for you : )

I had the hardest time with lack of energy. For me, it seemed to last forever, to the point where I was worried that I had permanently lost it. It was between 90-180 days that I felt like I had all the energy I needed again, and not until past the one year mark that I stopped thinking about it. It does get better, hang in there!

Good for you! I relate to all of what you say. Stay with it. The more days that go by the stronger you'll feel. I'm going to have to go through all of the exhaustion again too soon. It's amazing how many times we will put ourselves through it. How many days has it been? Do you feel the improvement?
Best, Katya
