i dont know about u but ive been dwelling lately on the fact that its supposed 2 be warmer by now....and finally it seems the warmth is here.....cold days are  hard days in my eyes and nice ones bring smiles......hope everyone is experiencing warmer days and happier ones !!!! soberiety hangs in the balance of what we want and need and im wanting and needing some warmth in my life (and a tan)  feeling 2 damn white right now!!!!  congrats everyone for keeping me sober and keeping yourselves sober  today is always better than it once was even if its a bad day just keep that in mind......!!!!

Warmer?  Please in the Chicagoland area it goes from horrible to bad to decent (right now in the 40/50s) to HOT. Spring? What's that?  Another month is hand it'll be in the 80/90s.

Enjoy each phase. My body is much happier since it isn't frigid anymore.

Isn't it amazing how the weather affects our moods? I find when its warm and sunny I sure do feel better. And don't worry, I'm as white as milk.....need sun!

Just an fyi. When it is sunny albeit cold I sit in my car and the sun coming through the windshield feels awesome on my face and arms.
I have an added bonus I get to sit by the ocean and the river.

So true.  The warmer weather is here a little later than normal.  The birds are chirping and singing away in the mornings.  The sunshine brings some much needed vitamin D. With the spring here brings the tornado weather as well as the flooding.  But kind of like our journey with sobriety, I will appreciate the beautiful days and fight thru the not so pretty weather.
And yes, I need me a some tan as well! :)

i hear ya dirty i was MISERABLE this winter i hate the winter i live in CT and we have pretty bad ones finally the warm weather is here and i am definitely feeing better thank god it really helps me with every aspect of my life things are just better when its warm and the suns out have a great day

I hear you..I could use some warm days. Springbreak is upon me and I would love to just be outside. It's day 5 for me and I need something to do other than drugs, and or sitting at home with 3 kids. Hoping for a successful day 5 :o)~
