starting day 4 questions

Ok woke up this mornin a little less foggy.  But was up most the night really nauseated and horrible stomach cramps.  Anyone know when this may subside?
Anyhow I am hanging in just cant wait to feel normal.  Whatever that is!

not sure what your DOC is, but I was using hydro...i think we are all different, but you are past the hardest part, making the choice to be/stay clean...

I'm on day 7 and right now, other than being tired (still not sleeping well, wake up really sweaty) i feel pretty good...my pains and aches are more intense than usual, but from what I ahve been told, that is normal...it's just the pain receptors waking back up...

Good luck and stay on this site, it has really  helped me.

Kim:
Being at Day 4 means you have a few more days of the heaviest physical symptoms from withdrawal.  I had similar feelings when I stopped Lortab (hydrocodone).  It WILL get better and I'm telling you it's so worth it!  My prayers and thoughts are with you!  Are you following the Thomas Recipe on the lower right hand corner of the page?  Are you taking walks and trying to stay as active as possible?  These things will help even though it seems almost impossible to do right now!  Good luck!!!!
