30 days and counting

And I am so proud of myself. Working with my therapist on my issues and triggers. Still have some anxiety to get past. Had the most stressful.week and got thru it. Life is sunny with a great outlook.  Thanks all for.your support.

hey congrats on 30 days clean your on your way you hit the first milestone I dont know if your involved with aftercare yet if so cudos if not its time to find something getting clean is the ez part its staying that way that take the work as addicts we need to change  the very way we think and reason to overcome are illness so become pro/active in your recovery even if you start out with an hr a week it will make a difference I wish you all the best in your recovery good luck and God bless.....Gnarly
