I been clean and sober for about 4 months now and still have trouble sleeping at night. It's like having a hamster wheel in my head. Any suggestions?

I think it's okay to take the melatonin - it's a natural sleep aid and I've used it in the past and have no addiction issues with it whatsoever.  Dr.'s recommend it all the time.  :)

I have just one right now.   Do NOT take any prescription or OTC drugs to help you with sleep.   It will only be a danger to your sobriety.    The longer you stay away from any form of drugs,  the better your situation will get over the long run.
