This is not an all inclusive list but this is a start.
1. Exercise - start out small and build upto 30 - 45 minutes 5 days a week if possible.
2. Vitamins - B6 and L-Tyrosine are some suggestions (ask Dr. first if necessary).
3. Stay hydrated. Drink lots of water.
4. Protein drinks.
5. Eat healthy. Check out the article below. Foods that increase dopamine naturally.
6. This is obvious. Get plenty of restful sleep. If you are dreaming you are getting restful sleep.
