Can anti depressants help get off benzodiazepines ,are anti depressants addictive

Can you give us some more info? How many mg did you take in a day and for how many yrs? A Benzo should be tapered and yes you can go on a AD med if you talk with the Dr. I would do my homework and find one that fits what you have been experiencing. Talk to the Dr. about a good taper plan off those Benzos. Let us know how things are going for you?
