I take SP daily getting weakness in body, looking very thin and energy, wht should i do..

I think you wrote to us before about trying to get off of SP? Is that still a goal of yours?

Another thought; You posted last time how you really wanted to stop; that your parents sent you to rehab and that that failed to help.

Nothing is going to change unless YOU reach out for help. Not your parents, your friends, or anyone else but you. If you want to stop there are people to help. But you need to follow up on your posts and ask. It seems that you realize you should do something. What do you think that is?
