Unfortunately everyone is correct there is no easy fix. We didn't become addicts in a day or two so we can't expect to get better in a day or two either. Sorry just hang in there and be strong it will get better. Try and take a good multivitamin in the morning and two or three times a day u could take valerian root for anxiety and at night like 30 minutes before bed I used to double the valerian root dose so two valerian roots and also take whatever the maximum strength of melatonin they sell to help with sleep oh and also they sell some stuff called restless legs at Walmart that will help with that to. i think we all wish there was a fast and easy way to get through with wd's. i have been thru wd's so many times and have never found an easy way out. you can look up the thomas recipe and try some of the things listed on that that may help but there is no easy way out. just tuff it out and in a few days you will be thru the physical part of the wd's. you have done it before and you can do it again, just this time you need to make up your mind if you want to keep going thru this. i am going into day 10 of no pills and felt like crap today. hopefully tomorrow will be better. i have been using off and on for the last 10 years and i just keep telling myself that i cant keep putting my body thru this. and i keep remembering how awesome life was when i wasnt using. its hard because of the mental part of it, that's what got me using again everytime. i really want it bad this time so when i think about a pill i start remembering how crappy i felt going thru wd's. i just dont have another detox in me..
you can do it. just a few days of feeling bad and you will feel better by the weekend.

There is nothing over the counter that I know of...stay strong and determined to escape the viscous cycle. Know this there are a lot of people out there just like you and I. Good luck.
Hi there...unfortunately,there is no way to speed up withdrawls. You simply have to either go cold turkey or taper. Sorry as I know that's not the answer you're looking for!!! Everyone is different though and wd symptoms last for different lenghts of time for everyone. Good luck,and hang in there!! Here to help....stay strong!!
