I have been haunted by addiction since I first started percocet about 6 years ago. Started out with 5mg tabs. I was up to 15s then 30s. Next I went to the OCs. From there Morphine and anything else i could get my hands on. I new that I had a problem so I thought the Methadone clinic would be the answer. I was on 135mg a day, feeling great and thought that I was doing good. Wrong!!!!!!!!!! When I decided to come off of the Methadone it almosy killed me.(Or it felt like it) Stayed clean for about six months and thought that I could use them again recreationally. WRONG! Ended up right back on them. Stepped off the pills again and taking myself to about 1mg of suboxene a day. Know the sub. is giving me problems. I am trying to stop. My question to everyone is will you please support me and help me with my addiction. Thanks everyone.

So you didnt get the sub from a doctor?

Thanks for the advice. I haven't had a doctor since the detox from methadone. Self-medicating! I know thats wrong but I never want to end up on OCs again so I have used this very small amount of sub. to keep my cravings at bay. I will beat this. Mentally it is driving me crazy.

have you been attending some type of aftercare ? this is the best tool to help you now, skyisthelimit ...staying clean is not easy at all as you have experienced after being clean for six months you thought you could use again... and no, we can never use again and aftercare will help you to deal with our clean life cause it is quite tough otherwise..

Okay, so you are on Suboxone now? What does your doctor say about your program or weaning off or what?
