AfterCare

Just wanted to share that I got to a meeting today. It was real good. I shared before it started and got some hugs and  support. Going back tomorrow am.  I know that this is where I need to be. I'm still adjusting, and still tapering the xanax. I am a work in progress. Day 6: opiate free
Thanks to all of you here, and my higher power, Jesus Christ, I never would have made it this far by myself.

go to a lot of meetings AND go to a lot of different meetings.  that will let you become part of the fellowship instead of merely at the meetings.

get a sponsor . . . work the steps . . . and don't leave before the miracle happens
