yes the sneezing is a big part of withdrawl. got it constantly. Goes away after the w/d though :)
I'm on 2 weeks and still sneezing.
What about the aches and the creepie crawlies? Do they set off in the sunset as well?
Exactly how long does withdrawal take? I only have a few more vacation days left - I need to be able to go back to work looking normal by Monday if at all possible.
Ugh.
I'm not sure I tappered off sub. and I still have cold/hot, anxious, anxiety, carvings and depression, but thats nothing compared to c/t..I think a week or 2, but it depends on how much how long and what you were taking I supose...
yes creepy crawlies and sneezies are all normal ,You may able to do monday .....Have you slept at all yet ? watch for the wake you up panic attacks
Avissssssss
30-35 50mg Tramadol per day
I went CT @ 12:01am Monday --- so it's been 68 hrs 18 minutes.
---not like I'm still counting or anything.
TMTC
I slept really good the first night, but I think that was cuz I still had LOTS in my system. Monday evening I slept from 7pm to 8:30am Tuesday, then slept again from 9:30-12:30pm, Tuesday night I went to bed about 10:30p-8a this morning. Today I've only managed a small nap from 2:30-4. Right now I'm wide awake and really cold. Unfortunately it is raining, no let's say it's pouring, outside so I can't go get in my hot tub. I've had 3 very hot showers today, so far.
The after-effects of opiate withdrawal can take a good month. That is a gradual every-day-is-better type thing. The physical part takes about that long, give or take. But it is the mental side that brings most of us back into relapse. The pills will always play their siren song to you... forever. Will you answer the call?
the sneezing is insane....i have done so many in a row at times it blows my mind...i have posted about this same subject.....my wife looks at me like i'm guna die after about the 12'th one...i guess it is a normal thing while cleanning up our acts,,,,,anyway...keep it up....i'm starting day 5....still sneezing........peace....
I have sneezed so many times in the last few days, i have a sore throat, but that's one of the withdrawal symptoms, along with runny nose and eyes, so if you hiding you detox from someone (as I am), it's at least a cover! although N/A teaches us to honest!!!!!
Yep, I've had several people ask if I have made time to go get a flu shot. And yes, Faith, you are correct we should be honest with our spouses, but I'm among those who are not quite so pure of heart. I've already proven that I have issues or I wouldn't be in the position I'm in now with the WD symptoms. I'll save my soul cleansing confession for a bit further down the road, than day 5, before I sit down with my darling husband.
I can't do my soul cleansing now either!!!! to emotional (maybe in six months!!!)
