can someone explain to me wat subox is?  I posted my story under "weaning"  by luvcatz, if anyone has  moment to read and give me some hints t help that would be so terrific.  I do not wan to impose but if anyone has time to read the postthat would be great.  And also if someone could explain the suboxone (sp?) to me , thank you.  luvcatz

Havent tried it myself, I went the amino's route but have heard that it helps greatly in the detox of opiotes.  I can't remember all the names right now, since I just woke up, but there are some good advocates on here for the sub that would probably help you greatly on info about it.

hello...suboxone is a new treatment for addiction to opiotes, and has done wonders for alot of people and saved not only my life, but many others also...i have a hard time  explaining the dynamics of how it works by filling your receptors and so therefore it stops cravings, stops withdrawals, etc... (i know how it works , but cant explain it) and is used for either short term or long term, that is up to you and your doctor to discuss...i have been on it since may...if you really fully want to understand...google suboxone, or there is also suboxone website, that will also help finding doctors in your area, alot of good information...read and research anything that pertains to suboxone...you can never have too much information on it if you are thinking of this as a treatment for yourself...post and ask, and you will be answered...
