I don't know how much we can help you. We can certainly be here and write to you but you need professional help, as you know.

Can you continue to seek out a new psychiatrist? At least to get a proper evaluation?  Even if you have to travel a bit, I think it would be well worth it.

i tried to discuss with psychiatrist but he doesn't listen, he constantly busy on phone whe  i go to see him and after going to the same psychiatrist for more 10 years, in october last year he said i have bpd, untill then he said i have only depression.  because of lack of doctors i have to continue with the same doctor who just prescribes  medicines.  since i have no help whatsoever  personally or otherwise i very worried.  probably coz of bpd  nobody wants to do anything wityh me. secondly coz of long time use of benzo i have symptoms of alcholics.  i am taking medication for hypertension
besides antidepressant. i am scared of  my mother, sisters, their boyfriends and neices
