Another stupid question

I am on day 16 wd from Vicodin. The symptoms are much better. I actually thought they had stopped but for the past 2-3 nights I have had terrible rls again. HERE IS THE QUESTION: How long do you supposed to continue the Thomas Recipe? I had stopped cause the symptoms had quit or I guess it was just the TR helping me.

Glad to hear you are taking them again.  No its not mental!!!

I did. I take them at night, seems to help my rls better that way if it's mental don't tell me, you know? lol

Just get back on them.  Our bodies appreciate the healthy supplements we are feeding it now!!!

Hi~  As with Karl and Sara,I take all the supplements. I should have been taking them all along but I should have been doing a lot of things all along!!!  Anyway,I've taken them for 7 mos and will continue. It's part of my morning routine. Definitely take them. You're still pretty early in your recovery and they really help!  I take alot of Vitamin C because I think the recommended dose is way too low.

Anyone that is asking questions of how to be free of their drug habit ,is not asking stupid questions.I'll be 60 this month and will stay on supplements  that have been learned here as long as I am a drug addict,if you know what I mean.                              karl

I still continue to take my supplements everyday.  I figure at 49 yrs old i had better!!!
