I too refused to use Benzo's and the aminos have helped me so much, I can not even begin to tell you!! I feel so much happier all around as a person now and I am not looking at life as depressing anymore. Oh, wow, it is amazing! You can message me if you like. Good luck. I swear by these aminos!!!
