When should heart palps calm down?

Heart palps are driving me crazy as they hit out of nowhere and I can't figure out what is causing them

I'm sure this is all a part of the detox process but was hoping someone could share a similar experience.

Gonnastop, are you keeping hydrated? I'm a couple days behind you and I'm noticing them also. I find that drinking a lot of water, more than you think you need, brings things a little more under control.

I agree with the advice about seeing a doctor as well.

I hope you start doing better.

I would have this checked out with your doctor.  Many times after we quit our drug we sometimes have underlying issues.  Better to be safe than sorry.

I did have pretty bad palpitations during detox. My last one was almost not doable because of it. That being said, I have Angina and am taking blood pressure meds for that as well as "emergency" meds for it so there is a reason why I would get chest pains.

If it continues it is best to see your doctor and rule out anything you can. I hope you get to feeling better. Hang in there.
