Anyone lose weight during detox?

I've lost 8lbs in the past week and can't seem to put it back on. I'm eating and drinking lots of water but the weight keeps dropping.

I know this process is putting lots of stress on my body but was hoping someone could share a similar experience.

I lost weight too.  Some gain it back some dont.  Just depends on what you eat.  Lots of people here have gone on AD and it has helped them get thru the rough spots.  If depression is an issue i would think about it as they have good non narcotic meds available.

Thanks for the replies. I'll stop freaking out know. Over the past 6 years I've had every medical test known to man run on me and everyone came back as normal so docs always wanted to put me on an antidepressant.

Hi Gonnastop .  Thru tapering & jumping i lost 20 lb , Now Day#18 and have gained 8 lb back . Hungry again eating like it's free . I drink Ensure 2 times a day and that is makeing me feel stronger & helps put the weight back on.
Unreal how our body gets beat during detox . But we do recover thank God.

yes I did too, about 6-8 lbs. I drank lots of water and lots of bathroom trips. Someone once wrote on here, "poison in, poison out!" Great job and keep moving forward.

i too lost weight during the process. u ve lost nothing compared to me. i lost 15 kgs in 6 months. i d never lost weight while i was using but during detox i started losing and kept losing it. but now i ve started gaining it back on. so don t worry.
