Bad doctor's and I mean NASTY ones
While I was in detox I met a girl and we realized we'd both been to the same urgent care doc to get pills. While he felt me up (without a nurse in the room) and pretty much tried to molest me, I wrote all this down. Was gonna turn him in but never did cuz i forgot. Then SHE told me she let him KISS her just to get her script from him. I wanna get him shut down but wow, what a credible witness the two of us drug addicts would be huh?

Good, I'm glad he has noting that he can use to change the subject.....Thats how folks do it you know......They turn the victims, into the bad guys if they can.....I hope they put him in a 10 by 10 cement room with a very dirty sink/toilet combo with a horny bunkmate......LOL......Put the molesting shoe on the other foot.......
no he was a doc i got a script from in 2002, a few scripts (but for legitimate reasons as Id just moved to OR from CA and didnt have my pain mgmt doctor anymore). He can say that stuff all he wants, so Im an addict, that doesnt excuse his behavior you know what I mean? Im ready for whatever happens. Thank you for wanting to smack him for me heehee.
To be more specific, I was referring to any scripts you may have gotten in the past from the jerk before you discovered what a **** he was. I didn't want him turning any scripts back on you to change the subject from the jail time he should get for molesting you.........I didn't understand if the doc was a doc that you and the girl had both gone to before detox, or was he a doc in that detox center.....

I meant nothing really just that if he is reported which he should be, he may retaliate, with lies thats all...Just be ready for him to tell a bunch of lies....I certainly did not insunuate that you had done anything, truly. Definitely report the *******, but be careful that he has nothing that he can turn back on you. It was an urgent care but he also works for the ER too. Well, he used to work at the ER mentioned in my other thread about his complaints. One person got 100,000 paid to them out of all those complaints. Amazing. What about the people who died and the ones he neglected?

Claim is for failure to notify govenerment officials of possible child abuse."
A baby DIED b/c of abuse and he didnt report it. Of course the parents shouldnt get any money since they were probly the ones abusing him but the others that died?? Im shocked!

Was it a private practice or a an emergency out-patient type thing. That is so horrible. It is so pathetic that there are people out there like that. Especially a dr. who is supposed to be the one we go to for help....I am so sorry that this happen to you bettie...

no but i called safeway where i got em filled but they didnt have records going back that far but the pharmacist knew him. she wasnt suprised. she told me he was gone. I said what do you mean gone? she said hes no longer at woodburn clinic. I told her yea but hes practicing in another clinic nearby...she said "wasnt he an old guy?" and i was like yep. so I nailed it. Gonna go search see what I can come up with.
alright! I got his name and the pharmacist told me to call the licensing board of Oregon so here I go...
i called the clinic and they said they have no way of knowing who was there in 2002. they referred me to a hospital they are in cahoots with but i called and shes outta the office for the rest of the day. the only way i can think of to get his name is to get an old phone book (from 2002-2003) for the area or get my flakey friend to call me back. I think she might know his name.
hmm i dunno about that. I can ask my brother-in-law..he's a doctor..

yes it seriously did happen. I know it seems insane but it did. I cant remember his friggin name but I bet my friend does....ill call her and see. and how do you go about reporting a doc to the AMA.
What if he had a child in his office and a parent wasn't around for some reason! That makes me want to turn him in for you! You have to report this!
Definitely report him....like Soontobe said, i bet if you report him others would come out and say he did it to them too. You know there are others for sure, especially if you already ran into one of this other victims..

I have to tell ya: I did some pretty nasty stuff in my day to get my drugs; however, that was MY choice! You would make a credible witness, especially so. You can file a report against him thru the American Medical Association. I hope you do.

Bettie - That is truly terrible..... I guess like anyone else there are good and bad... But, to take advantage of people that truly need help!!! What a you know what... I bet if you reported it there would be all kinds of people coming out of the wood work!!
