Been there, back again
I am right there with you I went through it with Ativan (4 years going from 1mg to 10mg/day. I'm right back there again 1mg Clonazepam up to 4-8/day. It isn't even making me calm it just makes me suicidal and cry all day. I'm scared of withdrawal but I have to. I'm going to go down by 1mg/day. We'll see how she goes! Good luck to you, we suffer together.
I agree with Vicki, tapering that quickly is not a good thing with benzos. You need to go slowly, take your time and adjust to each dose, otherwise you will be right back where you started. It is dangerous to go that fast with benzos, you risk seizures going that quickly.
