HI the lethargic feeling can stick around for a wile for me 90 days seamed to be my first glimmer of hope but everyone is different you could start feeling better tomorrow just know what your feeling is normal for some myself included try not to get discouraged theirs a few supplements you can take that will help a bit...I drink whey protein shakes you can get it at walmart for 12 bucks its full of what your body need to heal it has vitamins and amino acids in it that are necessary for proper brain function the protein also is necessary to help heal the brain....you can get liquid B- complex for 6 bucks there also and it will
also help with the energy thing...none of these are quick cures but all will help with time
the advise on aftercare is good also..it will teach you life skills and tools to help you with your recovery it will also give you some where to vent on how your feeling with people that understand where your coming from n/a and a/a are free there a good place to start also one on one consoling with a substance abuse conslor will work also but plug into something it will help...I hope you start to feel better soon good luck and God bless.....Gnarly

Just a thought - maybe your energy level has nothing to do with the percs. Can you go to a dr. and have a check up. There's many things out there that will cause your energy to drop. You can try this vitamin called Life Force - it's one of the best out, specialized to deliever cellular energy and balance to vital systems and organs. But, it would be a good idea to tell a dr. what you went through and now you're feeling lethargic.
