I need some reassurance

I have done this once before, but I was feeling so much better yesterday. I don't remember day 4 feeling like day 1 all over again. Oh God.... I didn't crave anything and this morning I was searching to see if maybe I missed one somewhere. I don't know if I have the confidence I did the first time around. I was 90 days clean the last time and right now I can't seem to remember how good I felt after those 90 days. I feel like this is going to last forever...... Or I might break.  I did so well the last time. I'm a little scared.

Even after 143 days I still feel like I'm struggling so much. I feel like life is a loosing battle. BUT the one part I CAN control right now is whether I use or not. I choose NOT to. You can do it. Even if you can't remember how good it felt to be clean, you can be assured that you will get that reward again if you stick with your decision. I'm in your corner 'cause I feel sure you're going to win!

You will be through the worst of it very soon.. You will have ups and downs.. Today is a down.. Stay strong.  You have been through this before, and you know how tricky it can be..You KNOW it wont last forever..  but your addiction is fighting back.  Dont let it win. It will not last forever.  Remind yourself of that and count the minutes today.. Best of luck and sending many prayers for you to stay strong.. God bless.

Stay strong you can do this...you know that it is hard but keep the faith, you are getting over the worst of the physical problems...keep the faith and keep on keeping on...there are so many of us here feel the way you are feeling...but YOU CAN DO THIS...and life is so much better when you are in control of it not the drug...Good luck keep osting as often as you can we are here to help listen whatever we can we will do...God Bless...brian
