Can't stand this pressure pain in across my septum anymore!

I quit using cocaine 7weeks ago after using nearly every weekend for 3yrs and the pressure pain I get just in my septum is horrible! Iv been on nasal steroid spray for a month which helped for about a week and now it's back. I also get tingling in outer nostrils and slight itching just inside my nostrils and a cracking sound. Iv noticed there's a slight dent on my right side where the bridge meets the septum and on the inside it looks like my nasal passage has close over and the septum is blocking it. I can't stand this pressure pain and don't understand what's going on as iv quit using. I don't any snot/discharge/blood coming out nor do I have any scabs it's literally just pressure pain across septum n change in appearance to my nose. I just want to know has any one else experienced this? Will it get worse? Why is it worse since I quit? I'm scared to tell my doc that iv been using too.

You need to be very careful with steroid spray. Steroids should be used for a short period of time it has a tendency to thin skin or membranes . I would seek a doctor before using any more steroids

I guess another option might be going to an Urgent Care type of place, not using your real name and paying cash to have it looked at.  It shouldn't be horribly expensive to have a Dr. just look at it and advise you if it's something serious.  I don't know if that would work or if they'd need ID etc.

I have to agree with Danny on this, you need to go see a dr. Don't be afraid to tell your dr what you've been doing, he/she has seen it all before. It'll be okay:) Take care...
