1 step back!!!

This morning i posted and was not feeling good.  This afternoon i am better.  Now thats progress!!!!  Still have the shakes. Im going to get a lawn chair and go out and sit on the deck, turn my music on and watch it rain.  I hope this finds all of you feeling better today.

So glad you're feeling better.

I hope your deck has a roof over it.  Watching the rain in the rain can get a little wet, and you definately don't want to catch a cold!

i went vitamin shopping last week.....had to stop and throw up but made it.  I religiously take them everyday and i believe they have helped too.  Thanks for the comments!!!!

If you can do it go vitamin shopping.  It's kind of fun and not as expensive as shoes:)  Really, I started taking Bcomplex, a multivitamin and got some things from the amino acid protocol (to the right of the page here) and I can honestly say I feel better now than I did before I used.  That's a big step!

I am so glad you're better.  Take care, keep posting and give yourself a pat on the back, you are already developing healthier coping skills.

After I get my roof fixed, rain will become relaxing to me again too, right now it's AAUUGH!!! Get the buckets!!  lol glad you feel better though...cat
