Now that I've tapered to one pill a day...

Do you think that my wd will be bad starting tomorrow? I took my last pill this morning (for good) and considering my history I've been doing just fine so far. I know that even at one a day I'm not officially drug free but it's not like I'm going from 8 a day to ct (which I've done almost monthly for 10yrs) so I don't expect any problems.

Thanks, I've been taking extra vitamins and supplements for a while now in preperation but the biggest helper was taking my mind off of the pills and onto something else. In my case it was bicycling which is my new pastime. My lifestyle had been pretty bad for a long time (but I was too braindead to do anything about it) so now my goal is to get into the best possible shape I can even though I am living with a diseased spine.

Tapering will always help minimize the w/d. The fact that you have used for 10 years affects the equation too. Everyone is different so you will just have to see. Another thing that helps is to get on vitamins and supplements and amoni acids as soon as you can.

Hopefully it won't be bad. I did a very fast taper and I believe that made my WD much less severe. The worst for me was/is the emotional roller coaster. I think you are exercising and that also helps a TON!!
