Craving

I'm on day 8 and up till now I haven't had a single craving but in the whole hour of restless sleep that a got I had a dream that I was taking some meds WTF! I haven't been able to shake the feeling its making me anxouse I hate this feeling. I keep trying to go back to sleep but I have restless legs so bad I can't, and I'm just laying here crying now. How can I at least help get rid of the restless legs? To just make it a little bearable?

Be ready to this mental battle !!! you can do it .... look at the cravings as waves you can ride.... the more you rode, the less they come back.... Don't be afraid of them, your brain receptors are shouting that they need their daily dose of poison but you have taken the decision of living healthy, of looking after yourself in a better way, keep repeating positive mantras during this time....and as scriptnomore said... bananas, tonic water, bath with epsom salts for the RLS... valerian root also helped me a lot with the anxiety and sleep.... it will take some time but each day at a time you will achieve this fight :)

You can try Potassium and hot baths w/ Epsom salt for your legs.
Push past these cravings.
