DAY 10 OF sub withdrawl and much better

I am on day 10 of sub withdrawl I slrpt last nite for 7 hours and feel great my lungs feel alittle crispy from smoking so many cigs but other than that im on the other side.I just wanted to say thanks to every one who gave me hope.the 5htp and the dlpa really helped me I havent had any cravings but im sure i will at some point but i will fight that battle when it comes today im going to go to church for the first time in 3 months and looking forward to it.There is a lite at the end of the HELL!!!

I am so glad to hear ,Right about 9 or 10 days must be the amount of time for sub .there have been a few other people lately that have withdrawled that said the same thing .things should start really getting better now ,take it day by day .....

glad to hear you got some sleep and feeling good. hang in there, even though there will be some tough days, this fight is worth it. your right THERE IS A LIGHT AT THE END OF THE TUNNEL. it will only get better. good to hear your going to church.
