Thanks for the advise. I did a work out video that has been purchased a few years back never to be opened. That helped. I'm gonna start thewhole 4 am gym thing tomorrow. I normally sleep about 7-8 hours depending on if I was out the night before or what not. I have another ? when does your energy levels kinda even out all day? I feel kick *** in the am then after lunch I want to lay under my desk?
Sleep is one of the last things to return to normal.. (whatever your NORMAL WAS)
For me.. my sleep returned after about 20 days... and I still only sleep about 5 to 6 hours a night.. but I'm sleeping...
I'm up at 4AM but then went to bed at 11PM.. so I'm happy with getting my 5 to 6 hours of shut eye...
When I get up and get going.. I take my 3 mile walk, ride my horse.. and then take a bike ride... then.. go to work....and I think that helps me with re-establishing my Neuro-Transmitters..
Exercise will help you kick in your Natural Endorphins... which in turn will make you feel better thru out the day...
Hope this helps you a little...
God Speed to you on your recovery!
Day 8.... Did muster the energy to run 3 miles after work yesterday. Then I was wide awake and couldn't sleep. When does the normal sleep come back? I've been up since 2:30....
Yes i definitely think it is out of your system after nine days..
Hey man I rally appriciate the support and you know its weird that you start feeling these feelings gradually come back like its somthing new you know.Im not going to lie to you That script I could have picked up today I could defently take one but damm being through these w/d no way.My sleep is still rollar coaster you know! Its taking the longest to get to some normal but let me ask you somthing being Im 9 days in is this stuff out of my system you think?
I hear you! I served in Iraq while in the Marine Corps and I always say I'd rather do 10 more tours over there than to have to go through withdrawals! Great job on getting out and running. Exercise really does work wonders. Congrats on the 9+days! Keep going strong and this will soon be a distant memory. Best of luck!
