Sorry I am not alert yet. Time for a latte'. You are sleeping good and that is normal. I saw the 1-2 bedtime and I just started typing. This tip works though! I have used it for years when the time changes or my schedule changes.
OK this will sound strange but just do it! At the time you want to be awakened. Put a very bright light behind your knees. I use a 4" fluorescent flashlight. Leave it on for 10-20min. Do this for 2-3 days. This helps reset your body clock. The night before, take melatonin. Take 10mg if you are not sleeping well. When you take it make sure the room you are in is dimly lit. As SOON as you feel a bit sleepy go to bed. Your bedroom should be dark. No reading light etc..
That's actually really good. Your sleep seems pretty normal, just not what you are used to.
I think this sounds pretty normal...look at all the extra stuff you can get done in the morning!!! LOL
The good thing is...you're getting a good night's sleep!!!
it takes awhile for blessed sleep to return and even a little longer for it to return to normal....so guess what? you are normal...good luck and hang in there you are doing great
your body is going back to normal ..... those are normal sleep hours that is a really good sign.....
