Day 13 of Suboxone, 1 mg /day, Jump or taper more?

Ok, here it is.  I am on day 13 of Suboxone.  I have tapered down to 1 mg per day (today is my first day of  1 mg) and I don't feel any different than I did yesterday on 2 mgs.  Do you think that I should just go ahead and jump or do 1 mgs a couple more days?  I don't want to be on these things any longer than completely necessary but I am afraid of feeling bad at work.  I already bought Melatonin and I am going to the store tonight to buy some Hylands Restful legs.  Do you think that I will be okay for sleep with that or would I need to get a perscription of Trazadone?

You should get an answer soon but it would help if you could provide some more info:

1) What was your DOC, how long on it , and how many mg's per day?

2) How much sub did you start with and what does your doctor want you to do?

3) Do you have an aftercare plan (NA, AA, or any other type of support groups)

You might want to get a little lower than 1mg.  You dropped 50% overnight and that may catch up with you by tomorrow.  It's just hard to say. Some people get down to crumbs of Sub.  Others have jumped at 2mgs.

See how you feel tomorrow.  Maybe plan to jump when you have a few days off from work.   Get some Immodium, too!
