Congrats on day 13 I've been following you and you have been doing great the sweats are normal and will pass in time the walking pain if you are new to the activity could be from just that walking ?? the energy will come back in time just give it a while.
Keep up the hard work! You should be very proud of yourself. Exercising is a great way to get your self back...mentally and physically. And as sarah said, the aches and pains will subside. Great job!
