Day 18, Slep last night and feeling great.....

So I finally got a good nights sleep...The first time in a long time. I did use the Metatonin, but that stuff worked and sleep is sleep. I feel like I have some energy which is more then I can ask for. Hope everyone is doing well...

im on about day 30 and sleep is the greatest thing ever, deeper and deeper and more and more relaxing and enjoyable every night,

I LOVE SLEEPING NATURALLY :)

Well, I am hoping that one night will come where I dont have to take any sort of TylenolPM or Melatonin to get a good nights sleep...but after not sleeping at all for days, I will take what I can get..lol...

A good nights sleep is definitly Under-rated...lol...
