Day 2

So day 2 has started off not to bad.  Very fatigued and got the craps but that's to be expected.  I am forcing myself to do stuff and not lay in bed but it's hard.  I think the fact that I finally burned every single bridge with the pills has set in and now I know it's either sink or swim

Sinking is not an option.  Cutting off all your supplies to the pills is necessary so am glad to see you have done that.  Try and stay moving as much as you can as that will help.  Immodium works for the runs.  Stay hydrated.  You are doing great so keep moving forward~~sara

You are going to swim.  Good for you forcing yourself to do things.  I always admire people who can do that.  Withdrawal totally zaps me and even little tasks are so exhausting.  Good luck to you and keep posting.
