Day 25. Reached a plateau?
I'm at 25 and just feel like I've reached a bit of a level point. I feel much better but not 100%. Is this normal for a while?
That's good to know. I'm having cravings today too for some reason. I just feel bored. I'm going keep trucking and not give in. Just not sure what the deal is. Mind games I guess

Yes this is normal. Our body and minds are going thru quite an undertaking here and it does take time. Keep doing what you are doing and hold that clean time sacred~~sara
