Day 3

I'm new here and I need help. I've used lortab 10/500 the last 3 years off and on. Some days I wouldn't take anything but I would always find something the next day. I decided to quit for my family because I am not the same person I used to be. I want my life back. I took a one 10 mg on Saturday. And nothing since. I feel pretty good and my family does know what I'm going through. I didn't really hurt but right this minute I don't know how I feel. I don't feel bad and I don't know if I feel good. I really just don't know lol. Has anyone felt this way? Is it mental right now?

I'm drinking lots of water, eating , and taking greens vitamins. If I'm up and moving I'm ok but if I sit down I guess it gives me time to think about how I feel. I'm very tired to even though I've had full nights sleep each night I've been off.  My husband is being amazing as usual. Weve been together 7 years married 4 and he didn't know anything about it but knew I had changed. It's just depressing how good he's been to me and our child and I hide this from him. I'm 24 btw.

You are still in detox both Mentally & Physically..It takes time for the Brain and Body to re-adjust back from the removal of these Substances..Just give this Time & Patience..Make sure you are taking some good ol natural Vit/Min to put back in your system after the drug use. Drugs pull alot out and do alot to all the wiring and so on up in the Brain..Everything comes unbalanced and needs a push and time to balance back. Maybe get some Electrolyte powder to add to water..Get some Protein powder..You can blend this with lots of fruit..Berries are the best antioxidants which is going to help draw the poisons out. Get the Epsom salt too..The Magnz in it will help draw poisons out too and relax your muscles..There is so much we have used and still use to this day to help us with sleep and then energy. Hang tight..The detox will be over soon..It is working on living in your own skin and not running to use that takes the cake..Good Luck!!!

Hi New Life,  good day 3. Make sure to eat well even if you're not too hungry. Lean protein. Even if it's cold, go outside when the sun is shining. Make plans
You'll have extra money now that you do not take pills. Plan on rewarding yourself with something you've been wanting   Make a gratitude list. Everyday add 10 things. Can be as simple as I'm grateful I saw the moon last night. These things will improve your mood.    Pamela.  Keep us posted!

Sounds like you are doing good... Blah is better than bad! Congrats on taking your life back. What steps have you taken to try and prevent a relapse? Talking to someone close to you will really help also..

Hi there, I just wanted to throw some positive support your way. It is definitely a big mental thing also and Most of the time positive reassuring support is what helps people more! Its good you have your family support, that's always helpful! Congrats and welcome!
