update on topic of regis yesterday

To those who were here over the weekend:  remember the post about the rumor involving Regis dying?  You probably already know this but I just heard it was Claudia Cohen who died, who know the gossip column person who comes on their show all the time?  The pretty blonde?  So guess that is how the rumor about Regis got started.  Claudia had cancer, it seems like it was not that long ago that she was on the show and she looked fine.  So sad.  It showed her husband and kids, reminds me of my hubby leaving us.  Life is just not fair, but guess we have all figured that out by now, huh?

I am the one who said about Regis. Some people at my daughters softball game was talking about it. I didn't know if it were true or not, Just what i heard is all.

I also couldn't find anything about him online or on the news, so anyway glad to hear it wasn't him. Don't know where those people heard it at, but that was just what i had heard.

Well don't you figure it got started becuase they heard someone from Regis' show had died and since he had just had heart surgery, I am sure it was easy to assume it was him.  That is just how rumors get started and I totally understand this one.  I just thought everyone might be interested to know that there was some fact to the whole deal or just be interested in knowing about Claudia.  She did seem like a really nice lady and way too young to die that is for sure.  I will never understand why some people are taken from us way before their time.  

Hey, how are you doing?  I have been following your ordeal and hope you are not still beating yourself up too much.  I don't know if I will never be able to get as far as you have, it has been torn up all the time knowing what I need to do but then at the same time wandering if I can.  Remember how much we all care about you here, okay?

I am ok right now, And don't ever tell yourself that you can't do it, cause you can. I am not a good example (by far) if you read my posts especially my update one, you will see. I still need to have one (in my pocket) just so that i know i have it. But this is working for me, for now anyway.

I did take 1 this morning but none since then, guess it is better than taking 10 a day, right? I am just going to do this taper thing and hope it helps. Trust me i am not going to put myself where i was a week and a half ago, all those w/d's. that was just awful, but really don't think taking one a day is gonna put me back there again.
We will see though, I hope this works for me...I know for some this is not the road to take..

Hang in there kid, you can do this...If ya think positive, anything can be achieved. Wanting to do it, is the first step. It is hard, but can be done.
